A few miles north of that is the quaint town of Kennebunk/Kennebunkport with fine shops, restaurants and picturesque rocky shores. To the south of Wells, enjoy a show at The Ogunquit Playhouse during the summer months or a walk along scenic Marginal Way. Still a little further south, enjoy a day of Outlet shopping in Kittery and a visit to the iconic Kittery Trading Post. For the adventurous, a short drive to Well's train station for a Downeaster trip to Boston MA, a city rich in culture and history. The train drops you at North Station, home of TD Garden for you New England sports fans (or haters).
