Helio and Nancy Chaves knew they would one day have their own business.  After raising 5 children, they began pursuing all things Real Estate.  Beginning with managing a multi-unit, they have bought and sold real estate and continue to do so.  Nancy passed the Maine State Real Estate course and knew it was time to launch their dream of ProperT By The Sea:   A Vacation Rental Property Management company where they will be able to showcase their love of hospitality and travel in beautiful Southern Maine.  Helio is a handyman extraordinaire, and has a natural ability to fix and repair.  He is head of our Property Maintenance Division.  After a 32 year career in Nursing, Nancy is looking forward to working with people to make their vacation experience a most memorable one.  She is currently licensed as a Sales Agent with The Real Estate Store in Scarborough, and now Helio is a Sales Agent as well with The Real Estate Store.  We look forward to partnering with vacation home owners, our communities, as well as guests that will enjoy the homes here on the Southern Maine coast.
