This modern 3 Bedroom 2 Bath home in a great neighborhood in Wells Beach, provides wonderful natural sunlight and is spacious and airy.. The back deck overlooks the picturesque marshland, while you are steps away from access to the waves of Wells Beach. Only a 2 minute walk to the sandy shore of Wells beach. An outdoor rinse station is available for "de-sanding and de-salting" after a day on the beach. Outdoor grilling and picnic table are ready for your summer time barbeques. Beach towels and beach chairs provided.
The neighborhood/area is fabulous being on a quiet side street, overlooking the lovely marshland while just a 2 minute walk to miles of sandy beach. The convenience of Hannaford’s being 5 minutes away is a big plus for all who like to eat and/or entertain. A bargain hunter’s happy finds will be the Renys (A Maine Experience) and the Wells Fashion Outlet-N-More in the same Hannaford Plaza.
Enjoy Well's famous Congdon's donuts in the morning and the newer "Congdon's After Dark Food Truck Park". The Rachel Carson Natural Wildlife Refuge and the Landmark "Maine Diner", are just "up the road a piece". Visit Kennebunk/Kennebunkport with fine shops, restaurants and picturesque rocky shores. To the south enjoy a show at The Ogunquit Playhouse or Jonathan's or a walk along scenic Marginal Way. Outlet shopping in Kittery and a visit to the iconic Kittery Trading Postis a little further south.
For the adventurous, a short drive to Well's train station for a Downeaster trip to Boston MA, a city rich in culture and history. The train drops you at North Station, home of TD Garden for you New England sports fans (or haters).
